Strategies to Increase Managed Care/EAP Referrals

For therapists on
one or more provider panels

Being a managed care/EAP provider can be a way to keep your practice full. But once you are on a panel, you can't just sit and wait to get referrals, you have to do something.
This presentation shows you what to do.

We will answer the questions:

  • What do I include in correspondence to MCOs, EAPs, Primary Care Physicians and other network providers?
  • Should I make phone calls?
  • Who exactly do I contact? How often?
